Cabin Rates Two Goose Cabin - $150 per person per night - minimum of 2 people. Sleeps up to 5. Includes 1 skiff for up to 3 people. Additional skiffs available.

Eagles Roost Cabin - $150 per person per night. Six people minimum. Sleeps up to 11. Includes 1 skiff for up to 3 people. Additional skiffs available. Pay for 10 people and the 11th stays free. |

within ten (10) days of booking. Reservation will be confirmed upon
arrival of deposit.

| FINAL PAYMENT - Final payment required ninety (90) days prior to arrival. On reservations made within 90 days of arrival, full payment is required within ten days of booking. |
Deer Island Duplex - $150 per person per night. #1 sleeps up to 4. Minimum two people. 1 skiff for up to 3 people. Additional skiffs available. #2 sleeps up to six. Four person minimum. |
| CANCELLATION POLICY - Cancellation made more than 90 days from arrival - 10% cancellation fee. Cancellation made inside of 90 days from arrival - NO REFUND. There are no refunds due to weather or due to events beyond our control. Trips that are cancelled may be rebooked at a later available date with a $50 change fee. |
